Red Sea Global: Regenerative Tourism

Spanning 28,000 square kilometers and an archipelago of 90 islands, Red Sea Global (RSG) is the vanguard of Saudi Arabia's luxury tourism strategy, explicitly branding itself as "regenerative" rather than just sustainable.

First Mover Advantage

Unlike The Line, which requires entirely new paradigms of engineering, RSG relies on high-end hospitality models that are proven. As a result, it is the first major greenfield giga-project to open its doors. The Six Senses Southern Dunes and St. Regis Red Sea Resort are already receiving guests.

The 100% Renewable Mandate

The destination operates entirely off-grid, powered by a massive solar-plus-storage microgrid. This avoids tying the remote location into the national grid while establishing a marketing narrative for high-net-worth eco-tourists.
